九曲系统不是一个简单的工具，而是一套庞大的计算机诊疗系统，它的特色是运用脏象方法，将患者的整体状况、各种疾病和隐患揭示出来，为医生择优治疗提供较完整的前哨报告，用户在不熟悉计算机操作、治病思路未从只重视自觉症状的习惯中超脱出来、因基础和临床经验的原因，对多个疾病的内在联系尚不完全清楚的时候，可以放弃肿瘤不查，在抓住病根的基础上选择耳诊中的肝区、面诊中的眼眶、手诊中的肝胆和植物神经等重点作诊断，选择在学习时介绍的处方和模块中的几个方药进行治疗，同时利用好我们赠送的外用药和多功能治疗仪，多用内病外治法解决常见疾病的诊疗，滕出时间逐步熟悉全系统的使用。
要注意疾病的内在联系，例如在学习时已讲了，导致心血管硬化的根源第一是炎症，第二是血脂，而引起血管堵塞的激活因素往往是平滑肌痉挛或麻痹，胆汁排流受阻、肠道气滞引起的便秘、腹胀等等，都可能激发心肌梗死。如果不从整体上了解患者的胆道和肠道，单纯治疗心绞痛，不仅疗效可虑，而且还有心肌梗死的潜在威胁。那么，面对一个心血管病人，您就要注意收集胆道和肠道的异常脏象，在稀释血液、软化血管、降低心肌耗氧量、增加冠脉血流量的同时，不要忘了随机选用多虑平、谷维素、维生素C、利胆酸、熊去氧胆酸、理气清胆汤、化湿利胆汤、九曲运脾汤、专科方中的气滞腹胀方等中西药物及辄筋穴的外用药。
